The Moshannon Valley Council of Governments, MVCOG, is a non-profit government organization that was established in 1979 by several small municipalities.

Our intergovernmental programs & services are  available to aid members in the daily operations of local government.

Today the MVCOG represents 38 individual municipalities from 3 neighboring counties.

 And it continues to grow.....
